All of our medical id bracelets and products are covered by a no-hassle, 120 day return policy, less our $8.00 shipping and handling fees, except for any custom engraved items which are not returnable.

If a beaded band was purchased along with any custom medical id tag, we will refund the listed cost on our web site for the beaded band only, less our $8.00 shipping and handling fees.

If a stringed product should break after the 120 day return policy, we will gladly re-string it for $10.00 plus $8.00 for shipping and handling.  You must make every effort to send us all pieces that were on the string.  If you are missing a large quantity of sterling silver or Swarovski crystal beads, then we will charge you based on the amount of extra beads required. 
The amount will be determined once you ship the remaining pieces to us.  We will be very reasonable in pricing the repair to replace any missing pieces that you may have lost.
